국립암센터(원장 이강현)가 6월 14일(수) 오전 9시 국가암예방검진동 8층 국제회의장에서 '정밀의료의 프론티어: 유전체학, 빅데이터, 면역항암 및 동물모델(Frontiers in Precision Medicine: Genomics, Big Data, Immuno-oncology and Animal Models)'이라는 주제로 제11회 국제심포지엄을 개최한다.

이번 행사에는 ▲유전체학과 정밀의료(Genomics & Precision Medicine) ▲정밀의료 구현을 위한 동물모델과 그 가치(Animal Models and Their Values in Advancing Precision Medicine) ▲정밀의료 시대의 빅데이터(Big Data in the Era of Precision Medicine) ▲정밀 면역항암치료: 유전자 이입을 이용한 T 세포 면역치료(Precision Immunotherapy: Targeting Cancers with T-cell Engineering) 등 총 4개 세션 12개의 주제발표가 진행된다.
